Volunteer sign-up opportunitiesContact information

Image uploads

Information for your child’s yearbook page

We kindly ask that each parent/carer review the questionnaire and then begin gathering the requested information and images from your child before completing the form.

Please complete the form by Monday 16 March.📸

A small but very important request 📂

If you're able to name your files with your child's name, we would greatly appreciate it.

Having the child's name in the file name will save hours of work for the volunteers who will be collating and organising the yearbook files.If you run into any problems uploading images, just email:sjpleavers2026@gmail.com—we’re very happy to help.
