Parentpay ordering of meals-:
ORDER MEALS BEFORE 8.25AM ON ANY DAY, OR ORDER IN ADVANCE VIA PARENTPAY. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR CHILD NOT BEING REGISTERED FOR A MEAL AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A PACKED LUNCH FOR YOUR CHILD.
Instructions
Log in to ParentPay: Go to www.parentpay.com and log in using your username and password
Meal Bookings for lunchtime: Look for the "Make Meal Bookings" option
Select Child: Choose the child for whom you want to book meals.
Choose Meals:
Dropdown box set to "Lunchtime".
Click "Make or View Bookings".
Navigate to the date/week to select meals in advance.
Click on the daily menu for the meals you wish to pre-order.
Confirm Booking:
The value/cost of your selected meals will be shown in the "Amount to Pay" section. If Year 3-6, you will need to add credit to your account to pay for meals
Select "Confirm booking".
Payment:
Year 3-6-Any credit in your Parent Account will be used to pay for the meals. If your dinner money account is in arrears, you will need to clear the arrears.
Year Reception to Year 2, and children eligible for free school meals, do not put monies on your dinner money account, as you do not need to pay for meals
Two-Hour Window: Once meal choices have been made, there is a two-hour window to pay for your meals or the system will reset and your orders will not be saved.
Coolmilk-
If you would like your child to have milk delivered on a daily basis, visit Coolmilk website, register, and your child will then be registered for milk. If your child is under 5 years old, you do not pay. However, once your child reaches 5, there will be a cost for the milk, and you pay for milk direct to Coolmilk.
