Please find below our Week at a Glance for 14 to 18 September.

The Dates for Diary 2026-2027 link is now available for you to view the events and activities scheduled for this academic year. We will endeavour to keep to all the dates listed; however, there may occasionally be circumstances that require dates to be changed.

To help keep you informed, we will continue to send a weekly update each Friday outlining the key dates and events for the following week. Scheduled dates can also be found on our school calendar, on our website, on the Home page.

Monday 14th

  • Year 4 Parents Information meeting 8:45-9:05 (slides will be e mailed and shared on our website)

  • All Reception children in 8:30am-1:00pm

  • Flu immunisations-14 and 15 September

  • Cheltenham Town football clubs start.

Tuesday 15th

  • Reception Parents Information meeting 8:45-9:05 (slides will be e mailed and shared on our website)

  • Prayer group will be held twice a term. Pip & Jims church 8pm, prayer group, all welcome, 15th September

  • Year 6 Winchcombe Railway experience day-bring packed lunch.

  • Flu Immunisations

Wednesday 16th

Other information

  • If your child sustains a head or face injury during the school day, we will send an email and text message to inform you by the end of the school day. This is to ensure that you are aware of the injury and can continue to monitor your child at home. Should the injury be considered more serious, staff will assess the situation and contact you directly as soon as possible to discuss the incident and any action taken.

  • We only have a few phone lines, it can be difficult to get through on the phone, instead, email admin@ with your query and we will respond
