Week at a glance

Dear Parents,

 

A few reminders for last week of term!

  • Children must bring a plastic or similar sized NAMED bag, to school on Monday 13 July, to put in their class items and books, to bring home

  • NO CLUBS RUN 13-17 JULY-Apart from Cheltenham Town football only on 14 July. Move More Rounders, Cricket club, Sportily Athletics and other extra curricular clubs will not be running.

  • Tuesday 14 July-Whole school picnic. All children must bring a packed lunch. No hot lunches will be served. If you have booked a meal on Parentpay this will be removed.

  • Lost property is located in the school foyer. Any items remaining in the lost property boxes, on 13 July, will be disposed, any unamed uniform will be donated to PTA to sell for pre loved uniform.

  • It is not permissable for you to drive into school at any time, or park in the disabled bays, unless you have permission from school to do so. You are not permitted to park in staff car park. Please be considerate of residents when parking in local area

  • Last day of term is Friday 17 July, we finish at 2pm. All children must be picked up at 2pm. No clubs, and After school club, will not be running.

Monday 13 July

  • No clubs run this week

  • Transition Morning 9-10:10am. Children meet their new teacher(s) and TA(s). Parents do not attend this session

  • Current Parent Drop-in 3-3:30pm – time to chat with new teacher(s)

Tuesday 14 July

  • Packed lunch required, no hot lunches served. Bouncy castle (inflatable fun run on the field) and whole school picnic

  • Cheltenham Town football catch up session only

  • PTA Bag2School Textile Collection (5 of 5) by 9 am in the Eco Hub

  • Reception Pirate workshop Arghhh!

  • Yr. 6 Leavers Service @ Pip & Jim’s Church 9:30am-10:30am - parents welcome

  • Celebration assembly to thank our fabulous volunteers-2.30pm. This is an assembly which volunteers and helpers who have had invited attend. Tea and cake afterwards.

     

Thursday 16 July

  • Year 6 Leavers Parade 2:40pm-Parents welcome

  • Lolly sale 3pm back playground

Friday 17 July

  • Last day of term, all children to be picked up at 2pm. After school club will be closed.

  • Year 6 Leavers Assembly 9am-10am-Parents welcome

We wish you a happy summer holiday and look forward to seeing you back on Thursday 3rd September. Good luck to Year 6 in their transition to secondary school. We will miss you but know you will be BRILLIANT!
