Important dates-:

18 May 2026 5.30pm-Parent meeting at school

 

Teddybear storytime and stay and play sessions-We will send you information about how to register for timings after 18 May meeting. Your child would attend one Teddybear storytime and one stay and play session

Tues 16th - Thurs 18th June 2026- New Reception intake for Sept 2026 Teddy Bear Story times 2:00-2:30pm

Mon 22nd - Wed 24th June 2026 - New Reception intake for Sept 2026 ‘Stay and Play’ sessions 1:30-2:30pm

Your child will start school in September 2026.  When you attend the stay and play session, you will be provided with the date and timings of when your child will start in September 2026. ​​​​​

Gloucestershire County Council will send you a letter, regarding Reception 2026 admission. The council are encouraging you to apply online as this means you will receive an email on allocation day. The link to apply online is

Admission to Reception at Primary School/Year 3 Junior School & Lower to Middle school places for September 2026 | Gloucestershire County Council

You will need to apply to your home Local Authority and will be required to state all your school preferences, including those that are not within your County on the one form.

Closing date for school applications is Midnight on 15 January 2026

16 April 2026-Allocation Day

23 April 2026-Closing date to return reply form accepting the School/Academy place or requesting to be put on waiting list/s

After 14 May 2026-Outcome of Waiting List Requests

Midnight  21 May 2026-Closing date for return of reply forms

Late June 2026 to July 2026-Appeals
