We hope you had a lovely Easter holiday and it was wonderful to welcome the children back into school on Monday.

Monday 20 April

• Reception 2026 school tour-11am (only for parents/children starting in September 2026)

• Swimming gala-selected children only

Tuesday 21 April

• Prayer group will be held twice a term. Pip & Jims church 8pm, prayer group, all welcome, go along on the following dates-: 21st April/9th June/15th September

Wednesday 22 April

• Class 10 Parent Assembly 9-9:30am

• Class 9 Skillzone trip (wear school uniform, provide packed lunch to be eaten on return to school, do not book meal on Parentpay. Snack and water bottle in named rucksack)

• Tag Rugby event-Newlands Park-selected members only

Thursday 23 April

• Year 1 Phonics Check Parent Meeting 8.50-9.20am

• Class 10 skillzone trip-school uniform (wear school uniform, provide packed lunch to be eaten on return to school, do not book meal on Parentpay. Snack and water bottle in named rucksack)

• Closing date for return of Reception 2026 reply forms

• Prince of Wales trials-KS2 only-If children want to take part wear PE kit and trainers to school (see email sent for further information).

• If your child is in Class 10, and wants to take part in the Prince of Wales trials, wear school uniform today, with trainers, not PE kit

Friday 24 April

• Current Parent Open Afternoon 2:30-3pm (for current parents to come to school to view children's books)

• Curriculum Maps to Parents for this term

• Class 14 only-bring in salad ingredients (see email sent)
